DevFest Miami hosted by Google Cloud Platform Group at Wyncode

Wyncode Academy was the proud host of DevFest Miami, a meetup organized by Google Cloud Platform Miami Group, which brought together a group of software engineers, developers and techies that wanted to learn about Using the Cloud Speech-to-Text API and Google Cloud Certifications.

#WaffleWednesdays Innovation in Miami by iiiPoints and Knight Foundation.

Last Wednesday February 13th, we hosted a great #WaffleWednesday in collaboration with our friends from Knight Foundation and iii Points Music Festival. The attendees got to enjoy delicious strawberry waffles made by Chef Alfonso and discussed what Innovation looks like in the ever evolving Miami tech space.

Wyntalent hosts Hiring Hackathon with RBI (Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons)

On Saturday, February 9th - Wyntalent and Restaurant Brands International (RBI) co-sponsored a Hiring Hackathon at RBI’s new Miami headquarters. In attendance were 18 of Wyncode’s best and brightest Alumni, who showcased their creativity and development skills using React and Javascript to build an interactive, browser-based game for one of the three RBI brands (Burger King, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons).

When clients or co-workers ask me “what’s your go-to resource for UX, and experience design best practices, inspiration, and guidance?” Of course, I have my go-to references, like Luke W, Lean UX, and Jakob Nielsen, among others listed in detail below, but my best, most reliable resource is experience.
