Wyncode Academy and CareerSource South Florida launch education program that grants $10,000 towards Web Development training to low-income and unemployed Miami-Dade residents
Wyncode Academy has announced an education voucher program in partnership with CareerSource South Florida that will grant a $15,000 scholarship to cover full tuition for eligible low-income and unemployed Miami-Dade residents. CareerSource South Florida will fund $10,000 and Wyncode Academy will match the remaining $5,000 of each scholarship granted as part of their efforts to help those affected by COVID-19. This scholarship is applicable towards Wyncode’s Full-Stack Web Development program, which is designed to teach cutting-edge technology skills in the fast-growing field of full-stack web development.
This notable partnership aims to equip participants with the skills and hands-on experience needed to build long-term, meaningful careers in technology. Students in this program will join Wyncode’s upcoming cohorts, scheduled to begin on April 20th and July 6th of 2020. Due to precautions for COVID-19, all Wyncode programs are taking place remotely via Zoom until further notice, with live instruction and participation on Wyncode’s regular schedule.
Wyncode courses teach rigorous, professionally-curated curriculums developed by industry experts with feedback from the academy’s hiring network of over 350 companies.
