Wyncode Academy, the 10-week coding bootcamp based in Miami, this week released its latest Job Placement Report, taking into account all students who graduated from the program in 2017 and tracking whether they found employment through Sept. 17. Miami- based public accounting firm MBAF was tapped to complete study.
The overall job placement rate was 90 percent among the academy’s job-seeking graduates. Ninety percent of those graduates took on technical roles with job titles including web developer, software developer and quality assurance analyst. One graduate became a junior software engineer.
In 2017, 127 students enrolled in Wyncode. The graduation rate among them was 94 percent, with 101 of the graduates seeking a job.
Thirty-four percent of the job-seeking graduates obtained work within 30 days of graduation and, cumulatively, 72 percent of graduates obtained work within 120 days of graduation. Ten percent of the graduates are still seeking employment.
The average cost to attend Wyncode is $11,500, while the average post-graduate compensation was $51,592.
